Refund Policy

Fair, transparent, and vendor-aligned refund guidelines to protect your travel investment

At Trinity Global Destinations, we strive to offer clear and fair refund policies. However, most refunds are governed by the policies of our vendors (airlines, hotels, transport operators, etc.). Please read the following carefully.

No-Show or Unutilized Bookings

  • Requests for valid and applicable refunds must be made as per the Vendor’s policy or within 15 days from the travel date / check-in date (whichever is earlier).
  • No refund will be processed for requests made after 30 days from the travel date / check-in date. All such unclaimed amounts will be deemed forfeited.

Refund Processing & Mode

  • Refunds are processed within 15-20 working days from the date of cancellation request, only after receiving back-to-back refund from the concerned Vendor.
  • Refunds are credited to the same original payment method (credit card, bank account, etc.) used for the booking.
  • For B2B (Travel Agent) bookings: Refunds are credited to the agent’s Trinity Destination account balance. No direct bank transfer is made to agents under any circumstances. On account closure, agents must consume the balance or clear dues.

Cancellation, Re-scheduling & Fees

  • Trinity Destination charges its own cancellation / re-scheduling fees (varying by transaction, service type, and time), in addition to the Vendor’s cancellation fees.
  • Cancellation / re-scheduling policies are defined and governed by the Vendor — Trinity Destination cannot modify them.
  • Partial cancellation may or may not be allowed — depends entirely on Vendor policy.
  • Re-scheduling incurs fare difference + airline/ vendor penalty + Trinity Destination re-schedule charges.
  • Flight cancellations/re-scheduling: Up to 24 hours before departure handled by Trinity Destination; less than 24 hours must be done directly with the airline (inform us for refund processing).
  • Convenience fees are non-refundable under any circumstances once booking is confirmed.

Other Important Terms

  • If the user becomes uncontactable after booking, the reservation will be cancelled and Trinity Destination / Vendor will not be liable for any related expenses.
  • Refunds due to flight cancellation/delay depend on receiving refund from the Vendor. If Vendor does not refund, Trinity Destination is not liable.
  • Name change, title change, age change, sector change, etc., are generally not allowed by Vendors and will not be entertained by us.
  • User is solely responsible for visa, passport, baggage allowance, meals, seats, special requests, etc. Check directly with Vendor.
  • No free baggage allowance for infants. Meals, seats, special requests are not guaranteed.
